| What payment methods do you accept? |

Payments for all our hosting plans are processed through WorldPay, who accept all major credit and debit cards.
Unfortunately we are currently unable to process payments by any other methods. |

| If I choose a plan that |

| You can upgrade to another hosting plan up at any time. We would charge you the difference between the two plans for the months between the upgrade and your renewal date but we would not charge an admin fee if you were not changing hosting platform (e.g. Linux to Windows or vice versa.) |

| Should I feel the need to close my account short of the year, what are the implications? |

| If you cancel your account within the 30 days of signing up, then you can take advantage of our 30-day money back guarantee. You will be refunded all of your costs aside from the domain registration cost. Your account will be downgraded to a domain name only account with NetPivotal where you will be able to configure the domain and re-point it to your new hosting service. If you cancel outside of the 30 day money back guarantee then we can redirect your domain name to your new host by updating the DNS settings but you will not receive a refund. |

| Do you have a trial period or money-back guarantee? |

Netpivotal offers a 30 day money-back guarantee on all our hosting plans. This means you are able to trial our hosting services without risk for 30 days, and if you aren't happy for any reason your hosting fees will be refunded. Please note that this does not include domain registration or setup fees.
Dedicated servers are not covered by our 30 day money-back guarantee. |

| Can I view my previous Netpivotal invoices? |

| You should be able to view any invoices from your Account Manager. Please visit the Link "Invoice History" from within your Account Manager to view your invoices. |
