| Does search engine submission come with the base packages? |

| Our plans do not come with automatic search engine submission, however all members do have access to our affiliate area - this contains links to submit your site to all major search engines. |

| Do any of your plans include SSL (secure) web space? |

| Our Netpivotal E-Commerce Business and Professional plans include shared SSL-protected web space. Our Ecommerce Professional plan also features a fixed IP address so you can purchase your own SSL certificate. |

| Am I restricted on my choice of payment gateways for my website? |

| NetPivotal's hosting plans are compatible with all leading payment gateways. You will need an account with your chosen provider in order to take payments on your website. |

| Do I get a shopping cart with my hosting plan? |

| All our E-Commerce plans have osCommerce pre-installed in the control panel application vault. This powerful open source software can act either as a site builder for your shop or as a shopping cart for an existing site. |

| I have a standard hosting plan with NetPivotal - can I upgrade it to include SSL or a dedicated IP address? |

While you can't add SSL or a dedicated IP address to a standard shared hosting plan you can upgrade your plan at any time to one of our Ecommerce plans.
If you'd like to upgrade simply raise a support ticket and our Billing team will switch your hosting plan for you. Remember that all E-Commerce plans are based around linux servers. |
